Tyson Lake - Tyson Creek - Tzoonie River update

The SCCA has published an update about the Tyson Lake - Tyson Creek - Tzoonie River situation on its website www.thescca.ca. it has also put up the Order that the Water Stewardship Division gave to the company last April 24 which clarifies a number of details about what happened.

The company has lost the right to draw down Tyson Lake and is under close supervision all the time. As well, the new conditions have subjected the company to severe financial stress. Its adjacent project at Ramona Lake and in Tzoonie River tributaries is also at risk.
